At-Large Representative

I am the father of an Ultimate player, and I have attended well over 200 college and club Ultimate games starting in 1993 including the 1997, 1999 and 2002 club Worlds in Vancouver, St. Andrews and Honolulu, 1996-1999 college Nationals, and 1997-2002 club Nationals. I also maintain the Santa Barbara Ultimate web site (http://www.seidler.com/ultimate).

Professionally I was in, and ran, marketing departments in high-tech companies for 20 years; and for the past 9 years I have been doing marketing consulting for software and eCommerce companies. I am a performance driven consultant with extensive marketing experience in the software and data communications industries. I have excellent skills in strategic marketing, product marketing, market analyses and projections, pricing, and working in growth as well as turnaround environments.

My primary areas of interest on the UPA board are improving communications with parents and alumni (previous UPA members), making the web site a dynamic, informational resource for members, and fundraising.
