There are several reasons why a player may be 'not found'. Here are several of the most common problems and their remedies.
Name spelled incorrectly
Please check the spelling of the player's name. When adding common names, insure you are using the correct spelling.UPA number is wrong
Make sure you have the correct UPA ID for the player. If necessary, please ask the player to re-check the number you were given. UPA IDs can be found by logging in and going to https://www.upa.org/members/member_status.php. If the player is sure the number they provided is correct, have them contact info@upa.org for more help.Player is a new member
If the player is a new UPA member, it may take up to 2 days before they are entered in the membership database. If they have recently signed up for UPA membership, please be patient while they are added.Player's name has changed
If a player's name has changed (for example, if the player was recently married) and has provided the UPA with a new name, the name you are attempting to add may be out of date. If you are unsure what name to use, please contact the player and ask them to confirm their name as provided to the UPA.
