Greetings to PE teachers! As part of the UPA's expanded Youth Development Program we have begun creating additional resources for Physical Educators. Ultimate is an ideal sport for your PE class as it combines skills that are easy to learn with plenty of exercise. To top it off, the equipment to play Ultimate is inexpensive.
