3/13/09 - Bids Awarded! A record number of UPA youth club and UPA sanctioned leagues sent in applications this year. Invited teams have been notified, and once the bids have been accepted or turned down, a final list of teams will be posted here. If fewer bids are accepted than there are spots in each division, Phase 2 of the application process will be opened up in April to fill those spots.
