The UPA is looking for host sites for its Youth, Colllege, and Club division championship and qualifying events. The interest and involvement of local communities (Ultimate organizations, sports commissions, CVB's) are essential to pulling off UPA championship events that are a highlight of the Ultimate year.
Running a championship tournament with the UPA can be an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience. Benefits include: exposing the national Ultimate community to your little part of the world, exposing your little part of the world to some amazing Ultimate, forming partnerships with local convention and visitors bureaus and sports commissions, and financial opportunities for your organization. Above all it's really about the intangible rewards that come with teamwork, building friendships, and the smiles on the faces of Ultimate players as they chase their dreams on the fields that you set up.
