College Task Force

College Restructure Home

In early October the UPA announced the formation of the College Competitive Structure Task Force and began accepting applications from interested individuals. The Task Force is a working group designed to consider the strategies related to the Competitive Structure for college Ultimate outlined in the UPA Strategic Plan. We are pleased to announce that there was great interest in joining this group. The following individuals were selected based on their experience, ideas, and ability to represent the interests of select groups of players. The individuals will come together at a meeting to be held in Boulder, CO on December 13-14, 2008.

Read more about these players and their experiences below. In addition to this group, all of the original applicants will be part of a larger discussion group that will be working via email before and after the meeting to research, develop, and analyze ideas. The best ones will be brought to the community for feedback before being implemented.

We are excited about this process and the people who will be involved in it. We look forward to the process itself and to the positive changes that will come as a result of decisions made through it.
