TEAM HISTORY/SEASON RECAP
For the past two decades, the Stanford Men's Ultimate Team has been one of the most dominant college programs in the country, winning the National Championship most recently in 2002. Coming off a strong regular season performance, with a first-place finish at the Stanford Invite and semifinal finishes at Santa Barbara and Centex, this year's team looks to make another run deep into Nationals. Over the past few years, Bloodthirsty has earned the nickname 'The Faceless Army' from its competition due to the team's unusual depth. This year is proving to be no different. From the elder statesmen to the baby-faced rookies, every member of this team is dangerous, and come Nationals, Bloodthirsty is a team no one wants to face. This year's team is coached by Dan Maidenberg, a five-year Stanford vet and dedicated member of the program. The team would like to thank him for his commitment and wisdom.
