TEAM HISTORY/SEASON RECAP

This year marks Id's triumphant return to Nationals since its last appearance in 2001. We started off the year with two fearless new coaches and high hopes for the season. Late night practices and grueling workouts shaped us into what you see today - a fierce team that lays it all out on the field. The women of Id are intense players who are dedicated, good-spirited, and fun-loving. Our team can be recognized from afar by our "Big Tight" cheer that successfully starts off our games and vocal sidelines that engage everyone both on and off the field. Id's team depth has also improved tremendously over the season as veterans and rookies alike stepped up their games to build a well-rounded and cohesive group. Over this past year, as a diverse group, we have learned to work well together both on and off the field to achieve our unified goal of representing the Great Lakes at Nationals. We are proud to have been able to realize this dream with the help of our many indispensable veterans, whom we will always love and miss. Id is also looking forward to the progress of our younger members, who have already stepped up their games many times before, throughout the coming years. We are proud to have the chance to demonstrate our skills as a team this year at Nationals and look forward to the challenges.
