How they got here:
1st in Atlantic Coast Region
Georgia had their game together at regionals and looked like the clear #1 team of the AC. Their entire team is speedy with great hands, and they flowed like none other. Particularly good at flowing down the break side.
Standouts: their handling set with buttery smooth throws - Amy Salley #42, Cathy Lee, Katherine Wooten (even when hurt), and Emily Jones #13 who is fast as all heck, aggressive, and a great deep to boot Julia E. #21 tall, fast, and laying out all over the place
Big season wins:
17-16 over ucsd at ultimax
11-6 or so over texas at yale cup
13-10 or so over iowa at terminus
1st at regionals, undefeated (7-0) with two big victories over duke (11-8 and 15-11) and another over unc-chapel hill (15-7)
Big season losses:
10-15 to carleton at ultimax
losses to both uc davis and ubc at stanford
losses to duke at terminus and stanford
