How they got here:
1st in Great Lakes Region
Ohio State plays very smart offense and good D. They have no all-stars, but a lot of solid players. They get it done as a team. The main handlers -- #10 Mike "Biggs" Groeber and #12 Jeff "Toro" Servaites -- will huck it or work it with patience, they both have good throws. Their big longs are #37 Rodger Oakes and #99 Kevin "Willis" Ryan, they get end zone looks all the time. #4 Kenneth "Goon" Weinberg, #6 Matt "Spanky" Ryan, and #22 Jon "Bandsaw" Ream are big players in the mid, and they will put it as well.
Don't underestimate these guys -- they have been playing really good, smart ultimate. Their D will not let teams get away with easy under passes and their long D is good. To beat them, play the match-ups and hope they're not clicking like they have been.
