UPA 2003 COLLEGE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Carleton College

"CUT"
Northfield, MI

How they got here: 1st in Central Region

Scouting Report

Took the central region championship over arch-rival Wisconsin. The strength of this team is the offense. When the O is on fire, they have the ability to beat anyone. They are very solid at the underneath and deep game. The throwers can kill you deep and break your mark, a deadly combination in college ultimate. The cutters are very fast and very athletic. They will be a challenge for anyone to stop. Their defense is tough, but not as potent as their offense. The main role of the defense is to wear your best players out. And then they put their offensive studs in the game to break your back. They will be tough to beat, especially if they get a lead early. The key to beating Carleton is to disrupt their offense early as well as not letting their usual d line beat you.
