6:00pm - 8:00pm Team Registration and Volunteer Meetings
8:00pm - 9:00pm Captain's Meeting
Friday May 23rd at University of Texas Whitaker Fields
8:30am (all day) - Pool play
Saturday May 24th at University of Texas Whitaker Fields
8:30am (all day) Elimination and Placement/Wildcard rounds
3:00pm - Women's Semifinals
5:30pm - Open Semifinals
Saturday Night May 24th
8:30pm - Shuttles* depart for Tournament Party
9:30pm - Callahan Award Ceremony at Tournament Party
3:00am - Last shuttles* from party back to hotel
* Please use shuttles. Don't drink and drive!!!
Sunday May 25th at House Park Stadium
10:00am - Women's Division Finals
12:30pm (approximately) - Open Division Finals
Half-time and Post-Game - Award Ceremony. During half-time, awards will be presented to the Spirit Award teams and Spirit Award individuals (one from each team). Immediately following finals, awards will be presented to 1st and 2nd place teams in each division.
