UPA 2003 COLLEGE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Registration
Congratulations on earning a bid to the college championships! This tournament promises to be an exciting and unforgettable weekend for you and your team. But before the fun begins, it is important that we take care of some pre-tournament business. Please read the instructions below. All teams are required to complete all administrative paperwork completely and on time before they will be allowed to participate in the tournament. Registration Information:
Pre-registration must be done via email by Friday, May 9th. See paperwork details below.
Registration at the event will take place on Thursday, May 22nd at the Hilton Austin North right outside the Elm Room from 6-8PM. UPA staff will be on hand to check teams in, take care of any outstanding paperwork, and pickup your player packs. All teams should check in at registration prior to the captain's meeting. All paperwork issues MUST be taken care of by Thursday night or the team/players in question will not be allowed to play.
Captain's Meeting:
The captain's meeting will be held Thursday, May 22nd at 8PM at the Elm Room at the Hilton Austin North. Attendance is mandatory. Tournament info, competition issues, and any last minute changes to pre-tournament info will be discussed.
Paperwork:
Team info and tournament fee due at UPA HQ by May 9 ($50 late fee)
-Tournament fee - $40 per player (check made out to the UPA)
$10 to go to possible TV coverage; refunds if deal doesn't work out.
