Mamabird had a difficult "learning" season in 2003. The team battled hard all year with only sporadic success. Mamabird finished 5th-8th at President's Day, won Green Chili Fest, finished 13th-16th at Easterns, won Kansas Fool's Fest, won Sectionals, and won Southwest Regionals. The team really pulled things together at Regionals for an amazing 16-15 victory over UC San Diego. Mamabird will be tearing things up at College Nationals for the 6th straight year.
